Foot and Hand Reflexology Sessions
We offer a variety of Foot and Hand reflexology services with 60, 90 and 30 minute sessions.

Foot Reflexology – 60 min

Treat yourself to an hour of relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation as this session brings about release of tension, and stress while therapeutically working on problem areas within your body. Session ends with a lower leg and foot massage sending you on your way feeling like you are walking on air.
Foot Reflexology – 90 min

Treat yourself to an 90 minutes of relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation as this session brings about release of tension, and stress while therapeutically working on problem areas within your body.
A 90 min foot session is for those who want to drift into a deep state of relaxation. With the extra 30 min, the practitioner is able to work out any tight and/or congested reflex areas on the feet leaving you in a state of complete homeostasis, balance. This session also ends with a relaxing massage up to the knee.
Foot & Hand Reflexology- 90 min

Restore yourself through this wonderful session beginning with hands and working the forearms giving you an overwhelming sense of relaxation. Takes you to a deeper level of relaxation and restoration. With the extra 30 minutes giving more attention to problem areas and engaging the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The focus is to have your body return to homeostasis (balance). Ends with a relaxing massage from feet to knee… you will float away!
Mini Foot Reflexology- 30 min

This session is designed to work on specific problematic areas targeting the corresponding reflexes and support reflexes. This session can also be an intro to reflexology for those who have not experienced this modality before. However, it will leave you wanting more!
Hands Only Reflexology- 30 min
$65
Sore hands? A 30 minute hand reflexology session is fantastic for the releasing of tension in the hands, or if you are uncomfortable with having your feet touched. Hands have all the same reflex areas as the feet.
Foot Reflexology – 30 min – Child
(12 + under)

This session will help children in areas of anxiety, pain, “unsettled”, hyperactive, and many more concerns. As with all our sessions the focus is on restoration using the body’s ability through reflexes to bring about homeostasis-balance.
