Her firsthand (or two-feet) experience of the many benefits she experienced with receiving reflexology led her to study this intriguing ancient form of therapy.
Bonnie Griffiths has been practicing reflexology for over 25 years, with 13 of those years in Penticton, BC where she raised her two sons. She grew up on Vancouver Island and returned in 2010 where she has made the Comox Valley her home.
